ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our online store is open until 15 minutes prior to closing every day. 


Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a text or email notification from your Best Budz to confirm your order is ready for pick-up. From that time, you will have 48-hours to pick up your order from our store.


At the present time we are not accepting payment through our website. Orders made online will have the products reserved for 48-hours, during which time you can stop by during our business hours to pay for and collect your order.


If you do not pick up your order within 48-hours, your order will be cancelled.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For the health and protection of all our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


If you have received a defective product, the following are required to process an exchange while ensuring the health, safety and satisfaction of our customers: 

  • The purchase must have been completed within 7 days of the return date
  • The returned product must be accompanied by the original and legible receipt
  • Any cannabis product returned cannot be more than 20% consumed or missing
  • The product must be accompanied by its original packaging
  • Valid photo ID


All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Best Budz management.
