The Best FAQ's Fom You Our Budz

We know you likely have a few burning questions about Best Budz, so let’s get these out of the way so you can focus on the important business of getting your high. 



RETURNS POLICY

For the health and protection of all our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


If you have received a defective product, the following are required to process an exchange while ensuring the health, safety and satisfaction of our customers: 

  • The purchase must have been completed within 7 days of the return date
  • The returned product must be accompanied by the original and legible receipt
  • Any cannabis product returned cannot be more than 20% consumed or missing
  • The product must be accompanied by its original packaging
  • Valid photo ID


All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Best Budz management.

Q: Do you sell vaporizers? 

A: We sure do! We have a wide range of vaporizers that you can find in our Shop here.


Q: Do you sell topicals? 

A: We sure do! We have a wide range of topicals that you can find in our Shop here.


Q: Do you sell edibles? 

A: We sure do! We have a range of edibles AND drinks that you can find in our Shop here.


Q: Do you sell CBD products? 

A: We sure do! You can find our range of CBD products in our Shop here.


Q: Do you sell gift cards? 

A: Not at this time, but it’s something we are looking at for the future. 


Q: I am looking for a specific product. Can you get it for me? 

A: We don’t call ourselves Best Budz for nothing! Give us a call at (519)-758-6326 or drop us a note and let’s see what we can do!


Q: I have a medical marajuana question. Can you help? 

A: while we know our stuff, we don’t give medical advice as we are a recreational cannabis provider only. But if you do have a medical question, and you don’t have a cannabis doctor you can speak to directly, we’ll help point you in the right direction, give us a call at (519)-758-6326 or drop us a note. We got your back!


Q: Do you accept cannabis recycling? 

A: Not at this time, but we’re looking into it. We’ll keep you posted.

Q: Do I have to use my real name to order? 

A: You sure do! As much as we love a good nickname, your order needs to include your real name. It has to match the name on your government issued ID. And you need that ID when you pick up your order. But once we’re best Best Budz, we’re happy to call you by your nickname in person, anytime!


Q: I am looking for a specific product and I can’t find it on your website. Can you help? 

A: If it doesn’t show up, there is a good chance we’re just sold out. BUT just give us a call and we’ll help by either confirming when the product is coming in, hunting the product down if we don’t carry it, or suggest some alternative products. Keep in mind, while we know our stuff, we don’t give medical advice as we are a recreational cannabis provider only. But if you do have a medical question, and you don’t have a cannabis doctor you can speak to directly, we’ll help point you in the right direction, so please ask. We got your back!


Q: I don’t like the product I bought. Can I return it?

Q: Where are you located? 

A: 140 West St., Brantford ON right by the train station. We have plenty of parking, are wheelchair accessible and pet friendly. 


Q: Are you a legal cannabis store? 

A: You bet! We are licensed and authorized to sell cannabis products such as dried flower, oils, and more. To Learn more about legal stores, see our article in our blog.


Q: Is Best Budz accessible? 

A: Yes


Q: What ID do I need to enter the store? 

A: We accept Canadian government issued ID only, such as a driver's license or passport. Don’t have either? No problem. We also accept international passports as a form of identification. Please make sure that all IDs are valid and not expired. 


Q: Can I pay in-store? 

A: Yes, yes you can! As per the Government of Ontario’s new regulations, payment can be made online OR in-store. 


Q: I don’t like shopping online. Can I call in with my order and give you my credit card information? 

A: We’ve made shopping online super easy. But if it’s not working, give us a call and one of the Best Budz team will help you out!


Q: I don’t like the product I bought. Can I return it?
