Confirm you are dealing with a legal store by Looking for the SEAL. The Ontario Authorized Seal

Legal stores must display this seal on the outside of their store, in a large (at least 17 cm x 20 cm, to be exact) and easy-to-see location. Not sure you’re shopping at a legal store? You can always double-check if the store you’re shopping at is legal by visiting The Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) https://ocs.ca/pages/store-locator  and searching your area. OCS is the Government's site and is the only real source of the latest legal cannabis stores.

All cannabis products sold at legit stores and the places they are grown and processed are strictly regulated to ensure the products are safe, consistent and contain the amount of THC it claims to. The last thing you want is to consume a product that has been produced in unsanitary conditions, or grown with unapproved pesticides.
